After persistent issues with door in our new home in Healesville, Bill came out to repair. He was punctual and communication was great at all times. Not only did he fix the door issue, he also installed a remote opener and programmed it for me. I should add that this was not a purchase through AGG, nor was the price altered to reflect this. When my garage door suddenly stopped working last week, I made a few calls to local companies and ultimately chose AGG Doors based on their great reviews—and I’m so glad I did! From the very beginning, their customer service was excellent. They asked for photos upfront to help their technicians prepare, which I really appreciated. On the day, technicians Nick and Travis arrived promptly and were absolutely fantastic—friendly, professional, and honest. I was worried I might need a whole new motor, but thankfully that wasn’t the case. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue without any unnecessary upselling. I had an issue with my Merlin Commander roller door, and Merlin customer support connected me with AGG. From the very first call, they asked all the right questions, requested photos and videos so the technician was prepared and had all the necessary parts ready in case a replacement was needed.
